The Kingdom Family Enterprise Empowerment Fund (KFEEF) is the flagship family-enterprise development initiative of the International Family and Enterprise Institute (IFEI).
KFEEF goes beyond providing access to capital. It invests in the family behind the enterprise.
Through interest-free enterprise funding, practical business development, family-strengthening education, mentorship, stewardship, accountability, and peer learning, KFEEF supports couples in transforming small businesses and everyday trading activities into more structured, resilient, and sustainable family enterprises.
At the heart of KFEEF is a simple conviction: capital alone does not build sustainable enterprises. Families also need the knowledge, relationships, discipline, governance, and support systems necessary to steward resources well and build for the future.
Through the KFEEF Flourishing Forum, ongoing mentorship, developmental assessment, and enterprise monitoring, participating couples become part of a learning community where they can strengthen both their families and their businesses while learning from one another.
