Dr. Ethel N. Abe

Dr. Abe is a scholar, educator, and international speaker whose work focuses on the intersection of family systems, leadership, and entrepreneurial sustainability.
As an Assistant Professor of Management, she teaches and conducts research in areas including ethical leadership, organizational behavior, and sustainable enterprise. Her academic work is complemented by years of direct engagement with families through conferences, seminars, and structured dialogue initiatives.
Dr. Issac I. Abe

Dr. Isaac Idowu Abe is a management scholar, leadership practitioner, and international speaker with over fifteen years of professional experience spanning finance, strategic management, and organizational development.
He currently serves in academic roles in the United States, where he teaches leadership, strategic management, human resource management, and business ethics. His teaching is characterized by a practice-oriented approach, integrating real-world experience, case-based learning, and applied decision-making.

Prof. Sulaiman Olusegun Atiku is a Professor of Human Resource Management at the Namibia University of Science and Technology, Namibia. He has extensive academic and research experience across multiple countries, with expertise in human resource management, organizational behavior, leadership, and sustainable development.
His research addresses contemporary global challenges, including employee engagement, workplace dynamics, digital transformation, and sustainability. Prof. Atiku has an extensive publication record in peer-reviewed journals and edited volumes and has led and contributed to international research projects and scholarly books. He is actively engaged in postgraduate supervision and interdisciplinary research that bridges theory and practice.
